Access your data: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us.

User Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of our games, please email us at warren@tapodgames.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

To help us locate the relevant data, please include the game title, your device platform (iOS or Android), your country/region, and any device or advertising identifier available from your device settings. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

After receiving your request, we will verify it where necessary and delete or anonymize the data that we control within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

You may also limit or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings, and you may uninstall our games at any time to stop further app-level data collection from your device.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including China, where our servers and team are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
